Ontario Regionals - We're Coming For You!

The Ontario Ultimate Championships begin tomorrow in Kingston, Ontario! It's going to be a big weekend, with the Open, Women's, Juniors and Mixed divisions all battling it out to see who's going to Nationals in Vancouver, 2013. 

There will be 15 teams competing in the Mixed division, for 5 available spots at CUC. Here are the seedings going into the tournament:

10. Legen-Dairy (Port Perry)
11. Yarrr/Alliance (Oshawa)
12. Zen (Toronto)
13. TWO (Kitchener/Waterloo)
14. Big Fish (Ottawa)
15. Default (Waterloo)

Glide's facing an exciting pool play round with games against Whiplash, Zen and Big Fish. The full schedule for all divisions at Regionals can be found here.

Tushar, blogger at IamUltimate.com, was quite right to note that GLIDE has a very good chance of qualifying (thanks for the faith, Tushar)! Nevertheless, as he also noted quite rightly - the competition is stiff! We're not going to take any chances - we're pumped to be playing at the highest competitive level in Ontario, and we're going to come out strong, fast, and furious. Our goal for the weekend: coming out two spots ahead of our seed. You better believe it.
